Flooded with light and decorated in colours to reflect the sea glass name, it has a relaxed, high-end contemporary feel and offers a calm getaway. Only a five minute walk to the heart of Dartmouth. The Admiral’s Quarters is a private garden apartment with stunning river & sea views, only a short, two-minute walk from the heart of Dartmouth. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with French doors opening to your own outdoor area. The first floor features the bathroom, an open plan stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a built-in cabin-style full-size single bed for little sailors or adults. Parking permit supplied for the main town car park in Mayors Avenue.

Dartmouth views from both main rooms and only a few minutes walk from the ferry and village shop. Our favourite pub in Kingswear is just 2 minutes walk up the road and serves great food, local beers and always has a lovely atmosphere. Known as the 'sunny side', Kingswear is only a short hop across the river from Dartmouth enjoying the last of the evening sun

Kingswear is a charming character village with some of the most beautiful views across the River Dart. It has shops, pubs, a post office and is a great location being centrally located to explore the whole of South Devon.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
