The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, walk to the beach or local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom & lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of private meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

The Snug is a self contained one bed flat within our detached family home. It has its own private entrance & off road parking & shared fully enclosed garden. Located on the outskirts of Newton Abbot with woodland walks less than 2 minutes away. Further afield you will find Dartmoor National Park, The English Riviera & Exeter to name but a few beautiful places to visit. The 3 mentioned above are all within a 20 minute drive! Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries & loo roll provided.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries.
