I visited Jenny and Sam’s place with my 2 teenage sons and we’ve all had the best week ever! We can’t thank Jenny and her family enough for sharing their lovely home with us. The house was beautiful, really felt like home and Jenny was a fantastic host, who kept in touch all the time. The pool and garden were a real treat and the location was perfect with easy access to so many great places. We all agreed that we’d love to stay there again and would 100% recommend this fabulous place and lovely hosts. Thank you again for the best summer holiday from us all, Amelia and family😊👍❤️

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

I loved my stay. I was only on a short work trip but I will definitely be back for longer next time. If you stay anywhere in West London, I would highly recommend you stay here! Great location too, just a short hop to Central London. It’s a real home away from home with a personal family feel but exceptionally clean, organised and beautifully designed. It has all the mod cons. I loved the hot water boiling tap in the kitchen and the sliding doors in the kitchen that open out completely to the garden. And there’s lots of toys, games and books for the kids so you don’t have to pack any. The highlight of my trip, was their lovely cat Rio. 😻 My son wanted to take him home ! He’s so gorgeous and super friendly. He made us feel right at home! Thanks for everything, I hope to come back very soon 🤞🏼

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

We had the most peaceful and romantic getaway at Lesley’s beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, Lesley was an exceptional host – full of great energy, incredibly helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond, from recommending a fantastic local restaurant to personally showing us around the grounds, which were absolutely stunning – full of lush greenery and vibrant flowers. The house itself is charming and beautifully maintained, and we especially loved the spa area. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna added such a luxurious, relaxing touch to our stay. Everything about the experience felt calm, serene, and rejuvenating – exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, Lesley, for making our trip so special. We would absolutely love to come back!

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

We had an wonderful experience during our 4-night stay! The house was very clean, modern, and spacious. The kitchen and living room on the top floor were bright and airy thanks to the skylights. The location was ideal! The Bayswater underground station is directly across the street and the Queensway station is a very short walk, giving us many transportation options. There are plenty of grocery and dining options in the surrounding area, but the house also feels quite and private because it is tucked away just off of the main street. Angie was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we messaged her. I would highly recommend staying here!

we had a great stay with our three young children. being able to get to the tube quickly, have breakfast in the house and cook dinner was so helpful daily. the kids loved the bunk beds! Michael was a lovely responsive host and we were very happy with our stay.

The location was further away from Greater London, but we felt that the close proximity to trains would offset the distance. It was great! Check-in with lockbox was great. Accommodations fit our family of 9 very well. The water heater controls were certainly new to us, and a little tricky to keep a good supply for all of us, but we figured it out. The kitchen was amazing! Plenty of room, induction cooktop, nice, divided oven, and the island made for a great gathering place and alternate eating area. There were a couple of plumbing issues with the showers that hopefully can be resolved quickly.

Would absolutely recommend this place and would hopefully like to stay again in the future! The house is immaculate! Walkable distance to cute cafes (Sweet Carolina stood out for us) and markets. A bus ride away from the Thameslink! Really excellent and high standard finishes, quooker tap with sparkling water was a standout. The house also had a really peaceful feel to it and the downstairs blends outdoor indoor living which was super cool. Overall a really comfortable stay

We had a great 4 Nights at the Folly’s. Such a lovely place to stay, we travelled down the west side of London with ease, visited Windsor & Henley on Thames. The kitchen is stunning with views of the garden!! Wait until you see the utility room, when you find it !!! My favourite place!! Bedrooms and showers were great, upstairs has a lovely view when you wake up in the morning. Parking outside the property for a couple of large cars. Would definitely recommend saying at Andrea’s property.

Dave is a lovely host. He prepared a welcome treat. Very communicative and supportive. Easy to reach in case of a question. Everything was as explained and what I needed for a comfortable stay. The house was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped (s pity I did not have time for cooking). It was in walking distance to the station, bus, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants as well as to the Thames and park. Thank you! I would book that again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is beautifully designed. Very fancy, clean, and well-maintained. The location is great, close to everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was definitely a highlight - modern and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

We had great stay at Sally's and Doni's house in Kensington. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for our group of 9. It was very clean and three full bathrooms worked out great for our group. The living room was large enough for all of us to gather. The beds were very comfortable and the sofa bed was too. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to a small grocery store and a local restaurant for breakfast. The tube was a short walk and to get to central London took only 30 mins. Sally and Doni are great hosts. Checking in and out was easy with very clear instructions. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I booked this house for me and my family to stay in for my civil wedding. The house is very spacious, rooms are big & nicely decorated. The dining room is spacious & perfect for everyone to have dinner together. The family were very impressed with the house. We had plenty of room and it didn’t feel crowded at all. It is located at the end of a street so it was nice & quiet. You can park 2 cars on the driveway. There is more parking on the street for permit holders only mon-fri but weekends are fine. There’s a good sized bathroom upstairs & a smaller one downstairs. Downstairs bathroom water was a bit cold with low pressure. Upstairs bathroom was good. Daniel was very responsive & even came quickly to sort something out for us. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend Daniel’s place if you’re looking for a home away from home for a large group of people. The only thing that would make it even better is a mirror in the main room and if the garden was maintained.

I booked this house for my family. They really liked and enjoyed staying there for 5 nights. It accommodated 3 adults and two children. The house was clean and everything worked well. It's summer, guests enjoyed sitting outside. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house exceeding our expectations, was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Nick & his team were very responsive and flexible, giving us early check-in when our flight arrived quite early. We were sad to leave when our trip came to an end and would very happily stay here again.

Sophy's beautiful house really was a home from home. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect spot to soak up the London sunshine in her fabulous garden. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures - absolutely stunning. Sophy couldn't have been more helpful. She very generously gave us flexible checkin/check-out times, which helped so much with our international flights. And lots of top tips for navigating the local area, transport and London's cultural scene. We couldn't recommend this listing more highly. We used the cottage as a base for visiting Kew Gardens, a five minute walk. And going to Twickenham where there is a bus stop two minutes away with a direct bus regularly. Your spoilt for choice of great places to eat within walking distance. We absolutely love this place!
