Great location and lovely house. Location is good as it’s close to many incredible beaches and places to explore. The village is within walking. Location is quiet which was wonderful and was impressed with the modern appliances in the kitchen. The bathroom was great and the bedrooms are a great size. Sarah was really helpful and a great host, which made checking in and the stay easy. Can highly recommend this as a great place to stay - five star process.

We had a great stay visiting friends in Kilkhampton. Everything about the property was as described. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The TV is large and sofas comfy. The beds were comfortable. I slept in the room with two single beds and had to put them together as they were quite narrow and more suitable for children. The shower is very good- hot and powerful. Parking is easy and convenient. My mother could not access the shower which is within the bath, so worth considering accessibility if this is a factor for future guests reading this- my bad to be honest. Electricity uses a pay-as-you-go meter. Top-up cards are available from the nearby holiday complex office (3 minute walk from the property). However it is only open for 3 hours a day in the afternoon and not Sundays. We stayed during a very cold week in March and spent £55 on electricity for the week as we had to use the elec heaters a fair amount which was quite alarming! No doubt it would be alot cheaper in summer

We had a blast at Grenville House. It was definitely a unique experience! Plenty of room for children, adults and 3 dogs. A large family dinner table where we ate, worked, spoke and did arts and crafts. Rose was responsive via Airbnb and phone call. Thank you for having us!
