The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment has a loggia with wide panoramic windows through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and a studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a kitchenette, it is lovingly and modernly equipped and furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the first floor with separate access.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The place is highly recommended. My daughter said after an hour that she would like to give 5 stars :) Bettina and Florian are great hosts and their mill has a lot of charm. It is located at the end of a small village, where it is very quiet. It is particularly nice that you can walk to the neighboring forest and the heathland behind it and thus be very close to nature. We will definitely be coming back.

It is a very nice thatched roof house with a great garden and animals. We liked the accommodation very much and everything was as described in the listing. Sylvia was very nice and gave us great tips for excursions. Next door in the village, there is a great restaurant with an animal enclosure, playground and a small farm shop. We really liked that. The accommodation is great for families with small children.

5/5 stars – Fantastic accommodation with a wonderful garden and a warm hostess The place was just a dream! The garden or courtyard is incredibly beautiful - a green oasis, perfect for relaxing. Everything was extremely well equipped, nothing was really missing. You can immediately see how much love and attention to detail has gone into setting up everything here. I would especially like to highlight the hostess: super nice, open, warm and simply totally likeable. I felt welcome from the first moment. An absolute recommendation (also ideal for small children) – I would love to come back!

We spent a great few days in this beautiful house. The children loved counting the numerous snails, discovering the dike with the handcart or making bread on a stick in the garden. In the morning, we saw a deer with two fawns up close and were able to observe numerous birds. And Mechthild and her husband were also very nice hosts with whom you could have a chat in the garden from time to time.
