Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – perfect for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, this property offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 square metres. You will find a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timberwork and a glazed Tennentor window overlooking the village square.

Your 80 square meter apartment has a bright living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower and tub bathroom. The apartment is centrally located on the promenade and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city harbor and the castle from the balcony, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. Just a ten-minute walk from idyllic Lake Sumter, it combines nature-focused living with modern comforts. The bright living area has been designed using natural materials, and large windows create a harmonious connection with the surrounding nature, so you'll feel right at home straight away.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin, making it the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle, the theatre, the cathedral, restaurants, cafés, public transport, etc. are just a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.
