After searching through countless Airbnbs in Little Rock, Amy’s guesthouse stood out immediately—and delivered beyond expectations. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the entire property is beautiful, not just the immaculate, thoughtfully designed mother-in-law unit. I felt incredibly safe thanks to the private gated parking and secure layout. The space was spotless, well-lit, and decorated with charm. The queen bed was ultra-comfy, and blackout blinds made for restful sleep. The kitchen is better stocked than most homes—full-size appliances, great island, coffee, teas, even cookbooks. There's a washer-dryer, ample storage, and a spacious, stylish bathroom with strong water pressure and full toiletries. The lush yard, double-pane windows, and solid construction create a serene, quiet atmosphere. As a solo female traveler, I felt truly at ease here. This will always be my Little Rock home base—cozy, safe, and beautifully curated with love. Very easy to enter. Just like the photos. TY!

Great place only 5 minutes away from my fiancée’s family. It was very comfortable for my short term stay. You can hear road noise from I-40, but it didn’t bother me at all. It could’ve been a little bit cleaner as I couldn’t tell for sure if the sheets were clean, but the rest of the house (and especially the bathroom) was very clean! I’d definitely stay here again because of the price and location. Host is very responsible and gave very clear directions/instructions which was helpful as I was arriving late at night.

This was our second stay at Jerry's. We stayed for two weeks this time, and it was great! We really love and appreciate the peaceful setting. Jerry is so very kind and helpful.

We had such an amazing stay! The house was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to everything we needed. Our whole family enjoyed it, but our 4-year-old declared The Linden House her “Birpday House” and anytime we went anywhere demanded to go back to her house. Thank you for sharing such a cozy and welcoming space with us. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!
