Take a stroll along the lakefront property of the complex on the boardwalk or in the quiet neighborhood to enjoy peaceful surroundings. If you have a watchful and patient eye, you can see the bald eagles that visit our end of the lake as well. We are less than 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs with many entertainment options and restaurants plus don't forget Oaklawn Racing and Casino nearby.

We have everything you need all at a great rate. Room comes with a fully equipped kitchen-refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster. Large smart TV and Wi-Fi access. Disney + (with Hulu in the app), Fandango, Paramount+, HBO, Peacock, ESPN and Vudu accounts set up on tv. Comfort is key with super soft king sized pillow top bed and highest quality sheets & duvet. Couch folds out into queen sized bed. Enclosed gazebo w/ seating between units 2 & 3 for all guests. Individual grills & fire-pit
Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton
Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.
