excellent place to stay ideally located near to Dover, had everything we needed for our stay. Karen and Marc were both great at communicating and made us feel very welcome. thankyou for having us 😊

We loved our stay here. It was just the seaside break we needed. It is so close to the sea. The apartment has a lovely bedroom, a little hotel-style catering area and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast area allows you to look out onto the garden and you are sheltered from the road by flowers. The road was quiet. We were easily able to park on the sea front everyday and our stay was in April. We ate at the Marine Hotel one night, just along the front and walked into Whitstable for Turkish food another night. Both were good. What a lovely area!

The kitchen has everything you would need. The shower is plentiful and hot. Everything is within walking distance. Liz does provide a parking pass if needed. The train is only a ten minute walk as is Tesco and church. There are plenty of pubs and cuisine restaurants all within walking distance.

The cart shed was easy to find with the instructions that Steve gave. He wasn’t able to greet us on our arrival day but had let us know before we arrived and gave an alternative contact if we had any issues. We had a small issue with the hoover but one phone call and this was resolved easily, by providing an alternative. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The property was convenient for visiting friends and family which was the reason we booked it. Our two spaniels loved the playing field in the village and the pub served good food. We tried the recommended curry restaurant, also very good. Steve had arranged for milk, butter , orange juice, eggs and a fresh loaf to be left in the kitchen. These were really appreciated.

Rebecca and Kevin’s place is cosy, beautifully decorated and conveniently located - near the station and walkable to the beach. Rebecca was very responsive and welcoming, making sure I have a comfortable stay. Will like to stay here again next time I’m visiting.

Helen and Tom were great hosts, friendly and helpful. We had 5 perfect nights in their place.Breakfast was provided, facilities were great, bed was very comfortable, very quiet at night. Lovely birdsong in the morning Perfect place for ease of visiting lots of National Trust properties, steam railway, beautiful Rye and other villages. Close to Tenterden for shops and restaurants. A real find. Thank you Helen and Tom.

We had a wonderful time in this cute and cosy cottage. It is a hiddem gem! Perfectly located for trips and walks in the area and very easy, nearby train transport for a visit to London. The cottage itself is away from all the rumour and crowds, so a perfect place to relax. We very much enjoyed Hilary's kindness and hospitality. So of course we recommend this place!

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.

Clean & cozy place, easy to find, clear instructions and easy check in. Exactly what we were looking for to explore the area and Canterbury. We often use Airbnb places to which we uphold high standards. This place held up quit nicely! Thanks for the croissants. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely stay at Shona’s place. The pool was perfect and beautifully warm. Beds were comfy. Shona was really responsive to messages and any queries we had were always sorted fast. Thank you for having us!

Fran was a super host, she's been super accommodating and this is now my 3rd time returning. The space is well decorated yet minimal giving it a really calm but homely feeling. It also has a small garden area that you can open the doors onto which is a nice touch when the weather is good. Would highly recommend staying here.

I highly recommend Sarah's Airbnb. I'll definitely stay again when I visit friends again. It's in a fantastic location being near to the Ashdown Forest, Tunbridge Wells & Lewes, just to name a few. Sarah was very accommodating to my requests & always replied quickly. Everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. Very good value too.

Loved our stay here. Had everything we needed. Easy to find. We walked to Deal the first evening, quite ambitious but can highly recommend! Sadly the weather wasn’t kind to us on the walk back! The second day we walked to Walmer Castle (15 minute walk) and we also visited the micro pub in Walmer which is a five minute walk round the corner. Loved the accommodation and the location. Would definitely return again to explore more of the area.

Jeffrey's place was absolutely perfect for us and a wonderful location for us to rest and re-charge before leaving for the next leg of our holiday. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and had everything we could have asked for, and even some little luxuries we didn't ask for. We also appreciated the bread, milk, jams, butter etc on our arrival. Jeffrey and Hilary were wonderful hosts - friendly, and close enough to answer any queries and offer suggestions, yet not intrusive at all. We would love to have an opportunity to return at some time in the future.

We used to live in Tonbridge so are very familiar with the area. The flat had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Lots of thoughtful touches

Rogers place was as described, small, peaceful and very clean (no crumbs in the toaster, and kettle descaled, fridge/ oven very clean). The welcome booklet for guest was very helpful and detailed. After excursions by the beach and town centre it was lovely to return to a more peaceful and quiet area. Our dogs felt very peaceful and calm in Roger’s Shangri-La de dah. Roger was very helpful and responsive to our questions and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely book Roger’s place again.

Lovely location and grounds. We ate at the gastro pub across the road - pricy but food delicious with excellent service and atmosphere. Photos reflect the accommodation perfectly. Well equipped and comfortable. Ashdown Forest is close-by with stunning walks and scenery. Annette was attentive and friendly, but not intrusive, kindly leaving us milk and a delicious cake on arrival.

I highly recommend Nadia’s studio! It is perfect for a solo traveler. The entire place was spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable and it is exactly as it looks in the pictures. There is a convenience store and a few Cafés within a mile walk, as well as several bus stops. Nadia was in excellent communication the entire stay, and was very helpful and kind. Using her instructions I was easily able to travel into Central London using public transportation. A major plus for me was that it’s very quiet and peaceful, I was able to sleep better than I do at home! I will definitely be staying again when I’m back in London.

Nicks a really friendly host! Easy to get on with & was happy to help with flexible check in times and letting me store my bags somewhere while I went out for the day. Would definitely stay again! ☺️

Stayed here for 2 nights as son was attending a fuction in Tunbridge. The Annex was lovely, had everything we needed, was very comfortable and spotless. Suzanne had thought of everything in what was supplied including a great selection of tea bags! So many thoughtful touches for guests throughout the home. Information pack was great and very useful. Loads of kitchen equipment and very comfy beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.
