Loved this cosy apartment in beautiful Rye. Located on the high street but very quiet at night and easy to walk everywhere. Very clean and felt just like home. Would have loved to stay longer. A little secret gem in Rye.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

Lovely flat for a stay in Rye. The location is great, easy walking distance into the town centre. James met me at the flat and had provided milk and water which I appreciated. The flat is well equipped and a little quirky. Would recommend staying there and would certainly return if I am in the area again.

We had a lovely stay, the place was very clean and the kitchen was super well equipped, which is something we always look for. Easy walk into the center of Canterbury, but was nice to have a place not right in the busy streets.

The highlight of the apartment was certainly the beautiful view, we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, even has vinegar if you bring some fish & chips home! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a full sized hairdryer. All very appreciated. The path in front is easy to get to Margate from, we found the path down along the beach to be less windy and more enjoyable. Tiarrah's Pizza bar is close by and does fantastic pizzas and cocktails. I slept amazingly well too. We were offered an early check-in too which allowed us to get more time on holiday. thanks!

Been here a few times now and this is by far our favourite, amazing property in an amazing location. Close to all amenities, couldn’t be better and can’t wait to return later in the year

Great location by the sea (enjoyed the reclining couch and the view of the beach!) and short walk to tidal pool, seaside sauna, and many nice cafes etc. Enjoyed the decor a lot and how well stocked the kitchen was. In some ways, quite a well loved and lived in place - but for many that could add to the charm! For our trip, that added to the holiday weekend feel and had a fabulous time!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

Great property and host.

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

Great property. Pics don’t do it justice. We really felt at home. Super close to the beach and park for the dogs. So many amenities, even a spare toothbrush - which i had forgotten at home. Thank you for having us.

Such a lovely apartment in a great location. Janey was a brilliant host, very friendly, flexible and responsible. All in all totally faultless.

Lovely flat close to the town centre, the beach and the Harbour Arm. We drove to Folkestone and were able to park our car outside the flat free of charge for our entire stay which was great. George was a fantastic host, who responded quickly when needed - we had a problem with getting in to the flat one evening but the lock was fixed quickly by a Locksmith and George turned up to check that the problem was resolved and that we were happy. We'd definitely recommend both the flat and George to anyone looking for accommodation in the centre of Folkestone.

We had a great stay at Kate’s place! I stayed with three friends and the house was perfect for us—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the mattresses were super comfy, and the neighbourhood was peaceful with easy parking. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment. Stayed for a wedding nearby at Hayne House - good location. Martin was regularly in touch to make sure we had arrived okay. Would recommend!

We stayed here for three nights for a local half marathon. The apartment could not be anymore ideally located, with shops, bars, the park and the Castle all right outside the front door. Despite the central location we never felt it was noisy at all, even though we stayed during the weekend. superb little apartment and absolute perfect for one or two people. Communication with the owner was superb and they couldnt have been anymore helpful. We visit the town on a regular basis and will definitely look to stay again.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.
