A relaxing beautiful place to put your head down after exploring the beautiful city of Canterbury. This is my second time being at the Hugo. Amazing pub next door and very quiet in the evenings. And amazingly priced for what you get. Am a student so have to be careful with the Penny’s and the Hugo is my go to when I need a place to stay for university.

We had a wonderful stay in Rye. The accomodation was prime location for exploring the town! Would highly recommend!

We really loved our stay at The Regent. It was super clean and comfortable, perfectly situated to explore Rye and has nice little bar inside. We will definitely be staying there next time we visit.

Wonderful location! Incredible view of the seafront!

I was visiting friends and needed somewhere to stay centrally. Ben's place is ideally located in the city centre, close to Canterbury West station and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, checking in very easy and the nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules a big plus. Bathroom was large with a new shower and all necessary amenities. Would definitely revisit!

Great stay in Folkestone. Very comfortable beds for all the family. Excellent location. Great communication. I left a precious piece of jewellery in the room and the Host so kindly posted it to me. Thanks for a great stay and for going the extra mile.

Great spot for us to stay overnight before the ferry. The room was spacious well thought out and the bottled water very well received. The lady who met us was very kind and they were flexible when we were late because of traffic. We booked the private parking spot, very glad I did as there wasn’t much space on the road at 11pm when we arrived. Great price, will use again when we travel down to the ferry. Thanks 🙏

We loved staying at the Regent! From initial booking Sara was so responsive, checking the week before about our arrival time. When we arrived check in was really simple and we were given lots of great recommendations in Rye. Such a great location,, two minutes from Rye station and right by the main high street with lots of restaurants and shops. The room is cosy but all you need for a couple nights away, super comfy beds and clean bathroom and main room. Check out really simple and were able to leave our bags in reception so we could go explore. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rye for a weekend!

A very comfortable stay in an absolutely stunning setting. We very much appreciated Victoria's hospitality and excellent breakfasts in the sunny garden. Thanks to the unusually warm weather the outdoor pool was still open for use - an excellent facility if you're a proper swimmer. Refreshing swims and the separate pool changing and shower room really added to our stay.

The lodge is located in a beautiful corner of East Sussex and the owners have created an equally beautiful place to enjoy as a retreat and comfortable place to recharge yourself. Everything is as described and then a bit better too. The owners and staff doing everything possible to make you welcome and happy. Highly recommend.

Jon was very welcoming and our South Stable accommodation was lovely - clean, uncluttered, stylishly done out with quality furnishings and appealing rustic touches. We didn't have time to go walking, but the adjoining countryside was scenic. Proximity to great produce outlets, castles and gardens makes it an excellent base for a few days' touring in East Sussex and Kent.

You have to rate different kinds of places in different way. I've given five stars to other places because they were in exquisite buildings or had ravishing views or heavenly breakfasts. This doesn't tick those kinds of boxes, but it's a really good, convenient hotel and (at the introductory rate I had) it was really good value. Best of all, it had one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.

A dream place! One of the best airbnb’s we have ever stayed. The place is so peaceful and beautiful we can’t recommend enough. It is very clean and beautifully designed. You have everything you look for in a stay. The pool, the garden, the breakfast all amazing. Thank you Victoria for hosting us. We loved your place and would recommend it to everyone!

Exactly as described and just what we were looking for. All staff exceptionally friendly and the price was fantastic value. Will stay again when back in the area.

Really lovely area, the place was much bigger than expected, perfect for the 7 of us! The walks across the countryside was an added bonus, beautiful views. The pool was also very nice, we were able to play our music in the background and it was just us in the pool 90% of the time! Would highly recommend this place however I wouldn't bring a small car as the track to the driveway is very bumpy!

Lovely place, friendly staff, nice rooms and a nice pub.

Good location Enjoyed an evening out at local bar and restaurant then returned to accommodation for a few drinks. I could hear the sound of the pub beneath the room but I was able to fall asleep. It closed at 1am. The check in was quick and easy, we were spotted with our bags and the bar staff immediately responded and took us to our room. The room was big and spacious.

Great stay host was very helpful And I might go again. Nice and clean.

Grant met us on arrival and was extremely helpful, he was very informative and advised us where to go in local area. Room was immaculate, very tastefully decorated. Had a great nights sleep, bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
