Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kent County

This stay lives up to all of the other positive reviews! Pam and her husband were super responsive! The home was beautiful with great views of the lake. They’ve thought of literally everything even down to all of the light switches being labeled. The space was clean and beds comfortable! The lake is just far enough from nearby towns to be private and quiet, yet close enough that you can go to places like Grand Rapids or Rockford for a nice meal, or Greenville to shop at Marshall’s! At one point, we got locked out and Pam called us and got us back in the house immediately. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and when we got back from dinner one night, Pam had left us a gift basket with all sorts of goodies to celebrate our special occasion! I cannot recommend this host and stay enough!!

Great house. We had plenty of space for 8 people. The house is very clean and comfortable. A bunch of the women in my family were in town for a baby shower and we decided to make a weekend of it. Everyone enjoyed staying and hanging out. The fire pit was nice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The lake and backyard are beautiful.

We were in need of an extended stay and were fortunate enough to find this wonderful home set in a quiet neighborhood in the countryside. This location is the best of both worlds as it is a quick drive to fabulous restaurants and activities. The host and his wife are equally as fabulous as the property. If you’re in need of a stay anywhere near this location I would highly recommend this property for you and your family. We will definitely be back when our travels return us to the area.

My family stayed at Elizabeth’s home while we visited family for Christmas. From the minute Elizabeth met us at the door to let us in, we knew this Airbnb was special. Elizabeth showed us around the home and reviewed all the details. The home was better than the pictures, extremely organized and well stocked with extra amenities from toiletries in all the bathrooms to spices in the kitchen. Elizabeth had even supplied hot cocoa and decorated the home for Christmas. We felt at home from when we first stepped foot in the house. I highly recommend this home and Elizabeth. They deserve 6 stars!!

Quiet and easy to get to. Had things to do in GR, but was nice to escape to a more peaceful setting.

Exactly as described. The location was ideal - We loved being able to walk for ice cream and to coffee shops. Our grandson enjoyed discovering the “hidden” board games and really enjoyed the air hockey and foosball. The hot tub was a nice perk. Jessica was very good at keeping in touch. We have only good things to say about our stay. Such a cute little place and a lot of homey touches - even fully stocked Keurig bar.

We had a lovely family stay at Scott and Marcy's lake house. The home was beautiful and clean. The lake was peaceful and the hosts were terrific! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The place was wonderful! We brought our infant son and we were provided with a pack and play already set up in the room. So thankful. It was so clean and tidy and the instructions were easy for check in and out.

Everything was perfectly as described! What a beautiful home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was divine, and the kitchen was chef friendly! Plenty of counter tops and a gas stove (that was a plus!) I wish I could have stayed longer. Close to grocery markets and restaurants as well as a park. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe.

If you are looking for a place that is close to the down town activities and a host that is great to work with. Boom here!

Edgar was an excellent host! The place was very comfortable and well-furnished, and exceeded all of my expectations. Despite being in the middle of a commercial area I felt very safe with the security systems he had in place. He was also very prompt to answer any time I had concerns. Would definitely stay at one of his listings again!

The Host was very responsive to our questions and timely. We loved the condo and will stay there again if the opportunity is needed.
