Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kent County

Jesse was very responsive every time I sent a message. The apartment was clean and inviting and included beautiful artwork by his wife. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The Keurig pods and seasonings in the kitchen as well as the q-tips and makeup remover cloths in the bathrooms were nice added touches. We would highly recommend.

Our stay was great and the apartment was very clean. The host provided fabulous instructions for finding the place, the parking and to find some of the amenities in the facility. I was a little confused by some of the communications, though. I got multiple messages asking me to verify my reservations, even after I had paid. I went to the sight to verify and when I clicked on the link for "Check-instructions" I would get a pop-up that said it was too early to check in. I was a little concerned that I might lose the reservation since I was not able to verify, as instructed, but everything turned out fine.

The place was incredible! My only critique was that the multiple codes from getting in the building to getting in the penthouse was kind of annoying and there were no corn hole boards on the roof like the pictures. Other than that, the place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and the views on the roof were fantastic. I definitely recommend

This was my first experience with Airbnb, but we loved this place. Check in and check out through the app was fantastic. Kitchen had adequate cookware. It was nice to be able to cook sometimes and not eat every meal at a restaurant. Pool has a nice shallow area for young kids to wade and splash as well as a 5 foot deep area for older kids and adults to swim. Parking is easier to find if you turn right and enter the parking garage on the east side instead of driving straight into the garage.

I have stayed at the Castle apartments in other airbnbs and this experience was similar to the other apartments as well. Clean and comfortable, great parking and clear instructions. located close to the trash bin which is helpful at the end of the stay for check out instructions. the apartment doesn't keep out road noise or people noise but was still a nice stay.

Enjoyed a great time in the themed rooms at the Castle!

Great home base for two families exploring Grand Rapids and Holland for a long weekend. The building is a bit quirky but that is part of the charm if you have kids with you. The pool was a great added bonus!

It was magical fun for the “Christmas Princess Retreat” we created for our three young granddaughters. The unit was very spacious for them (& 4 adults) to move about, play and do many Princess activities! We did some baking and enjoyed many home cooked meals together quite comfortably. The 8th floor was fun to explore with the game rooms, library and vending machines. This was so much better than staying in a hotel! The unit was clean and spacious. I worried about finding the parking spots and our unit after reading one review, but all the needed info was provided one hour before check-in with a description and pictures. Well done! A cart was provided at our request for hauling two vehicles full of stuff up to the 11th floor. Every one of our questions received a quick response. The code to open our unit door didn’t work at first, but via an immediate text, we received a new code that did! We had a lovely stay, one our granddaughters will talk about for years to come. We do recommend!

We took a whole youth group to this Airbnb at it was such a good experience all around

It was a great place to stay, friendly people, fast elevator, water temp and pressure fine. The beds were not as comfortable as I like. Love how spacey and high the ceilings are. TV did not work in one of the bedrooms. I think the facial recognition at the entrance is an invasion of privacy and don't recommend as one time the screen froze. I would recommend having the cart available upon arrival instead of way up on the 11th floor. Was a bit confusing. All in all, it was a great place to stay, just a bit too high a price for the amenities, as the pool was closed for the year.

We had a great stay, however, it wasn't as homey as many Airbnb's. It was quiet and the residents in the building were all very pleasant. It could have used a little better dusting, but was quite clean.

The house is clean and perfect for staying a few days.

Frank was an amazing host! He was accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great overnight stay at Campau Lake Sunny Days. Frank and team were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all my communications, even when I texted at late hours. They graciously contacted us before our stay to bump us to the bigger cottage free of charge. They were flexible with our checkout time so we could enjoy the hot tub during the small window of good weather during our stay. We hope to be back in the summer time to play on the lake!!

Great place to stay for working out of town! Makes ya feel at home

This place was sooooo cool. It was like staying a luxurious giant fort haha had a guys weekend here and had a blast. Had fun in the swim spa, playing hide and seek with nerf guns haha! There was almost nothing to complain about. It took all weekend for the swim spa to heat up because it was not fully heated up when we got there. That was really the only issue we had. Everything else was amazing!! But when we did get to use the swim spa it was really cool! This is a 10/10 recommend to stay! Host was very communicative and clear and was able to even upgrade us to a nicer stay due to another place not being booked! It was incredible!
