Our home has been beautifully remodeled and updated to enhance its appeal and functionality. A stunning great room greets guests as soon as they enter, creating an inviting atmosphere. The residence is conveniently situated less than a mile from downtown Grand Rapids, John Ball Park Zoo, Van Andel Arena, and Devos Place. The home is surrounded by numerous libraries and parks, making it a great location for families. Children particularly love spending time in the backyard pool.

The Gove Schoolhouse

Experience the unique opportunity to stay in a 170+ year old Schoolhouse! Built in 1852, The Gove School served many students and the local community for years. In addition to education, this small building was used for church gatherings, PTO meetings, clubs, and more. The school officially closed in the 1960s and was renovated into a home. We decided to purchase the Gove School in spring of 2022, and embarked on our renovation journey to bring back its historical charm.
