Holiday rentals with a kayak in Kent County

Beautiful home and purpose built for entertaining. Susan, our host, was welcoming and accommodating and extremely flexible and understanding of our unique needs at the time. The location is excellent, overlooking the lake with a restaurant bar across the street and a breakfast spot next door. If you are thinking about the place, just go ahead and book it, well worth it.

Where do I even start? Kim and Terry were the sweetest hosts. Their home was beautiful, and the view from the patio, overlooking the lake, was absolutely amazing. Terry had so many great stories to share — you can really see how passionate he is about his work, and it was a joy to listen to him. Kim was so warm and welcoming; she not only opened her home to us but also her heart. She even made us homemade cookies, which made us feel even more at home. Even though we only stayed for two days, they made it such a peaceful, special experience. We’re so grateful to have met them — truly amazing people.

Brooke was an unbelievable, friendly responsive post. Amenities in room above standard. The dogs were extremely friendly. Only sad part was we didn't get to see this in the summertime.With the pole and the tiki bar open

This bungalow is adorable. A great location for warmer seasons; with the 2 decks and river view. This space was clean, comfortable and close to whatever you could need. The hair dryer was amazing … (Lange) it sounds like a little thing, but for girls it’s huge! The hand soap, shampoo and body wash were super nice and the sheets were beyond soft! Great place to stay! We had a lovely time over Christmas staying at this house. The host was very responsive and friendly and the house is big enough for a group!

Great place for our group of 8. A unique and well appointed house. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice treat! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Such a cute and cozy getaway if you want to be right on the water, you have kids who love to be outside and fish, or you just want a peaceful place to stay.. it was just perfect for the weekend and the view of the water and the other houses on the lake was beautiful. It was cool enough on the hot days and warm enough on the days where it was a little chilly outside, heated mostly by fireplace .. that was 10/10. It was also pretty kid friendly which was nice when traveling with one under 3 and then a 13 year old. Will most definitely be back this summer. (:

GREAT HOST! beautiful property! this is definitely a cozy cabin vibe! scenic lake. relax and eat meals on the deck and enjoy nature under a canopy of tall trees! walk to the Cider brewery, they have really nice options, we bought some frozen ribeyes that were phenomenal, cooked them them the next day on the Blackstone BBQ and enjoyed life, my dog had a blast too!!

My family throughly enjoyed celebrating the holiday here. It was so peaceful and beautiful once the snow began falling. The kitchen was huge enough to have our entire dinner spread on the island, and the dishwasher came in great handy. Our only complaint was the beds were extremely firm. My fiancé actually enjoyed this, but myself and my parents, not so much. But the place was spotless and the hosts were kind and responsive. Thank you again.

Hosts were great! Home was superclean! We appreciated the toys available for the children; they were very entertained with them. The hosts even provided warm, fuzzy socks for the kids which was nice with the extra cold days we were having! Would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time at this home felt like our home away from home. We came out for a Father’s Day weekend. And did nothing but fiction grill in karaoke. Shuffleboard and pool table was a great hit amongst everyone. Everyone had a bed. Everyone slept great. Literally this house had everything we needed, including charcoal, lighter fluid, firewood literally we didn’t need anything.

This house is a great house for a family! With multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces you can go about the day without feeling you are in top of one another. Wifi is fast and reliable, this home has a generator, great views, everything you could possibly ever need plus the things you didn't think of!
