We stayed at the house for weekend of birthday celebrations, the house was great and the garden, pool and surroundings were fabulous. The kitchen area was perfect for gatherings and loads of space to unpack. The beds were really comfortable, maybe an option to have a couple of additional twin beds as the majority were all double. The house was spotless and with the weather being perfect we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was accommodating in all requests and information about the local area. I would highly recommend this property, we had a fabulous weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

We spent Christmas at Salix House and we were 11 pax in the party. Charlotte is an amazing hostess and her property is absolutely fabulous! The house is very well equipped and there’s so much to do: ping pong table, football, books and bars games. We had a fantastic time there and we would love to book to go in the summer! My husband and I are going other places in England and Europe, but I’m afraid this one will be hard to beat! It was just that lovely. This cozy guest cottage was just what we were looking for, and Georgina and Alex were the most welcoming and helpful hosts. They made sure we had everything we could’ve needed and went above and beyond what would be expected of them! They picked up that we were foreigners using the public transportation system and were so helpful (to say the least) to help us navigate that. We just loved every aspect of the stay! It’s the perfect small-town getaway or stop on your way into the “big cities” (London/Oxford). Will be back for sure!

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

I’d like to thank gardener Rex for answering all my questions throughout my stay. Without you Rex, it could have been tricky to communicate. Anyway, I and my family had a good time at Christopher’s place. It’s a place for both peaceful break or active sporting time. Great garden for a calm walk throughout a day, great pool with a hammam(a steam sauna), a tennis court…my family really enjoyed all the facilities. Also kitchen was really well equipped and a welcome bread and milk were delicious! Location was also great. Famous Cotswold big name spots, restaurants, farm markets are within 20 min by car.

Ian's place was a perfect spot for our group while attending a local wedding. Very cute and charming, full of all the amenities needed, and a lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Ian's place to anybody interested.

Fabulous house in a lovely village location. There is a bus stop a minute’s walk away that will take you into Oxford city centre. Will definitely stay again 😊

Nice house in Abingdon will close to city center

A lovely tucked away house in the centre of Oxford. Really peaceful and well cared for, the house appeared brand new inside and was truly lovely to stay in.

The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

Anna was fantastically helpful even with my changing schedule, and the space was great, very comfortable and as described. I used the stovetop for cooking frequently, everything was good there.

My family was very happy with this Airbnb. The house is charming it feels like a cozy cottage. The amenities such as the high chair and pack and play were useful. The fish and chips place nearby was also a good deal with generous portions and there was also a grocery store very close by open until 11pm every day so it was very convenient.

The house was very nice and peaceful, and it was clean and comfortable. It was a little tricky to find because of roadworks around the station, but it is very easy to walk to central Oxford from the house.

**A Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds** We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully presented cottage in the Cotswolds. Immaculate throughout and tastefully decorated, the space felt both cosy and luxurious. A thoughtful touch on arrival was the fresh bread and cake, so welcoming after a journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Deborah, the housekeeper, was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, with clear, timely communication. The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!

86 Valentia is a fabulous place and Alan & Wanlin were so quick to respond and so helpful!! The place is easy to walk to and from Oxford and all we wanted to do and was far enough out of the way we had privacy and quiet!! What a great place!!!

Alison’s cottage was everything we wanted and more. Everything was in pristine condition, and it had everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. We stumbled upon this gem and couldn’t be more grateful we were able to book it. The only downside to the trip was having to leave! Alison was incredibly responsive, which made everything even smoother. We truly can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

This place was such a standout for our family! Positively charming, perfectly decorated to celebrate the period architecture, cozy, clean, and absolutely a pleasure to stay in! Our family would happily go back! Deb has thought of everything and we felt right at home. The beds were so comfy, it was hard to get everyone going in the morning! This was a great launch for us to visit Oxford and the Cotswolds, and other areas of outstanding natural beauty 😊 Such a pleasure!

Fabulous location, very well equipped accommodation with lots of extras. Made to feel welcome by Helen who responded to any messages almost immediately. Fantastic location for walking and some lovely places to visit. The only thing that would have been helpful in the welcome book was information on the nearest local shops for provisions and nearest supermarket, like there was for places to eat.

This place was wonderful! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was the cleanest and had the most comfortable beds. The house was very new, clean and walking distance to Blenheim Palace. Vanessa and Dan were instantly responsive and were the best hosts we have encountered. Can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend them enough!

I had a short stay at this beautifully clean and spacious and comfortable house. Sara had left it immaculately clean and with everything we needed for a homely stay away from home. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet and within easy distance of a bus into the city centre. The house is kitted out with everything you would need being away from home and the host was so responsive and easy to deal with. It was an excellent experience and we will definitely be booking again. Thank You!
