Large, modern kitchen with dining and living room overlooking the stunning Devon countryside, River Exe and sea beyond. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a large, double shower. On a beautiful day sit and relax with a glass or two on the covered balcony and watch the stunning wildlife (deer, pheasants, buzzards, hawks, woodpeckers...) Close to Exeter, Dartmoor and local beaches. Private garden.

Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.
