A winter-inhabitable cottage built completely new in a traditional log cabin frame in 2019. In the cottage, you can relax in a hotel-level bed while watching the fireplace. The small kitchen is well equipped. The wonderful sauna heats up at the touch of a button. The cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of Suomutunturi, approx. 145 km from Rovaniemi airport. In addition to cross-country skiing and downhill skiing, the area has excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and hiking, even in the summer. The hotel rents skis and organizes excursions.

Kimmelvilla - Backcountry in your living room - is a recently completed (2024) gorgeous log villa located right at the foot of Pyhätunturi. The villa is only 300m from the ski slopes and 50m from the cross-country ski trails. This unique getaway offers you and your family the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Arctic wilderness of Lapland, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can go skiing, snowshoeing and fishing. In addition, we organise snowmobile trips according to your wishes. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi.
