This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a former warehouse directly on the city ditch of Lübeck. All major points of contact are nearby and within walking distance. (Downtown approx. 15 min. , Train station approx. 10 min.) The 4-storey house is very lively during the day. On the ground floor there is a nursery school, on the upper floors apartments, an office and a room to move (occasional classes in the evening). It gets very quiet at night because the house is not located on a street.

Wer morgens auf das Feld Richtung Osten schaut kann das Wild beim Wechsel beobachten. Die Wohnung ist für eine Personen oder ein Pärchen zum Kuscheln geeignet. Sie hat einen Ost-Balkon und die Pantry ist mit zwei Induktionskochstellen und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch kann ein Backgrill dazugestellt werden. Die Wohnung wurde 2023 mit 3 Sternen vom DTV bewertet. Und wenn Sie ankommen, ist das Bett bezogen, Toilettenpapier und Handtücher liegen bereit. Sie müssen nur noch auspacken.

There is a spacious living / dining & sleeping area with bathroom & balcony, plus a small but fully equipped kitchen. In the design, planning and execution of the conversion, great importance was placed on good design, quality and individual interior design. It is one of the coveted corner apartments, a large balcony extends over the entire length and width of the apartment.

Surf Shack Zimmer 3 - Camping am Meer

Wer gerne Camping mag, aber keine Lust auf ein Zelt hat, kann gerne unser Surfbrett Zimmer, auf dem Campingplatz "De Lütte Danziger" in Dahme an der Ostsee, direkt am Deich mieten. Jedes Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² groß und hat ein 1,40 m Bett und ein Sofa, einen Mini-Kühlschrank und eine Kapsel Kaffemaschine. Die Zimmer haben kein eigenes Bad, dafür steht Ihnen unser Sanitärhaus frei zur Verfügung (ca. 30 m vom Häuschen entfernt). Haustiere sind in einigen Zimmern erlaubt.

The one-room apartment is located under a rustic Finnish hut and is 300 meters from the Kirchsee (Baltic Sea). From the window front you look directly into a lush garden with old trees and flowers. A species-rich bird world, various butterfly species, deer, hares and passing ships make the stay a real nature experience on this magical island. Beautiful sandy beaches are 20 minutes away by bike. The 8000 sqm property with old trees is unique, offering you complete tranquility and plenty of outdoor space to play and relax. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. If it gets cold and uncomfortable, a sauna house is also available on request.
