The gatehouse with its two apartments, Horse Stable and Coachman’s Room, is particularly well suited for two families who are friends and enjoy spending time together, while also appreciating having their own private space. The apartments share a main entrance and are connected via a hallway, each with its own separate apartment door. In the park directly outside the front door, you’ll find a boules court, football goals, as well as a rowing boat and opportunities for fishing, swimming, or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).

This accommodation is located on the 3rd floor in a former warehouse directly on the city ditch of Lübeck. All major points of contact are nearby and within walking distance. (Downtown approx. 15 min. , Train station approx. 10 min.) The 4-storey house is very lively during the day. On the ground floor there is a nursery school, on the upper floors apartments, an office and a room to move (occasional classes in the evening). It gets very quiet at night because the house is not located on a street.

Separate entrance / hallway, 1 bedroom for parents with double bed and crib. 2 cozy sleeping galleries under the roof with round windows, one for schoolchildren and one for 2 teenagers or young adults. Children's area can be separated by a curtain.

Conveniently located between Hamburg and Lübeck, you will stay in our well-equipped vacation home in the city center in the Heiligengeist district of Bad Oldesloe, absolutely quietly located directly on the Trave. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

It has an east balcony and the pantry is equipped with two induction cooktops and a microwave. A baking grill can be added on request. The apartment was rated 3 stars by DTV in 2023. And when you arrive, the bed is made, toilet paper and towels are ready. All you need to do is unpack.
