CHARMING APPARTMENT NEAR THE BORDER, 150M2

My bungalow is spacious, has three bed-rooms, a huge living-dining-room, 2 kitchens, 1 bath-rooms, 2 toilets . There is also a very pleasant terrace and a large garden, a pond, the nature behind the house!, it is very quiet, in the village you have shops and lovely inns, In May,June, July August September and December, I give the house to groups of 4 to 8 persons. When I receive guests, I am living very discreetly in the basement. I am busy during the day but can be helpful .

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Dans l'espace salon, un canapé, une table, deux chaises et la cuisine sont à votre disposition. L’appartement est situé au huitième étage (ascenseur) au-dessus d’un centre commercial entre la gare SNCF et le centre historique de Strasbourg (5 minutes à pied). Attention : merci ne pas fumer à l'intérieur.

Lovingly furnished romantic winegrower's house in the wine village of Altschweier, overlooking the surrounding vineyard landscape. The Black Forest National Park is 20 minutes away. Located directly on the Ortenauer Wine Trail, there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The cottage is equipped to a high specification. A pellet stove with flame provides cozy warmth. The winegrower's house has a seating area nearby on our vineyard property.

Beautiful 2-room apartment with terrace in Kehl am Rhein

The property is centrally located in Kehl, in approx. 15 minutes' walk to the Rhine and the city center. From there, you can start your trip to Strasbourg either by tram or on foot or by bike via the "Passarelle des Deux Rives." The Black Forest with countless hiking highlights is also right in front of the door. With a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is the perfect base to explore the Ortenau, Alsace or the Black Forest.
