CHARMING APPARTMENT NEAR THE BORDER, 150M2

My bungalow is spacious, has three bed-rooms, a huge living-dining-room, 2 kitchens, 1 bath-rooms, 2 toilets . There is also a very pleasant terrace and a large garden, a pond, the nature behind the house!, it is very quiet, in the village you have shops and lovely inns, In May,June, July August September and December, I give the house to groups of 4 to 8 persons. When I receive guests, I am living very discreetly in the basement. I am busy during the day but can be helpful .

Tiny1836 with terrace

The small (mobile air conditioning available) half-timbered house (tiny house) from 1836 in Kehl-Kork was expanded and renovated with a lot of love. The French city of Strasbourg can be reached in a few minutes by car. Also convenient by train from cork or tram from Kehl center. The cottage is located on the historic Korker Bühl with the Korker Taurus. The tiny is for max. 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. (Sofa bed and a staircase leads to the 1.80 m wide loft bed)

The apartment is equipped with a comfortable 140x200 bed, a fold-out table with chairs and a wardrobe. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine.

Bed linen, hairdryer, towels and shower towels are included. In the kitchen you will find a hotplate, microwave, oven, fridge as well as pots and dishes. Parking and Wi-Fi included. In 5 minutes you can reach the Rhine promenade, about 2 km to the city center, 500 m to the nearest shopping.
