Timber-framed rural cottage from 1840 in the heart of Sweden's Tuscany, but at the same time close to attractions! The historic cottage exudes charm and history, and with its quiet and rural location, it invites you to breathe deeply and rest. Completely renovated in 2023 with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, but also with a focus on preserving the soul of the house. Surrounded by beautiful nature, apple orchards and various tourist destinations, while at the same time close to Jönköping, it makes the farmhouse a rural idyll with many possibilities!

Unwind in our family-friendly house, dating back to 1850, and feel the calm wash over you. Lovely garden to stay in. There are large public green spaces about 100 metres from the house, with a nature playground. (Sockenstugan) Alternatively, you can book the Bagarstugan for a pleasant evening with family and friends. About 5 minutes walk to nice view of the village. Log cabin from the 1600s or early 1700s, renovated in 2017. Beautiful surroundings, a hiking trail, many small trails and streams, mountain bike trails and views nearby. Approximately 10 minutes' drive to Elmia and 15 minutes to Jönköping city. Simple and quiet accommodation in the heart of nature, with wood stove and patio to the west. On the property, there are also sheep, chickens, a dog and a cat. In summer, there are also cows and horses within walking distance. Sheets and towels are on site. Breakfast is not included.

Shop locally at Rudenstam in Gisebo or have a coffee & shop at Grafitgrå at the swimming area in Kaxholmen. Take a trip to Jönköping, Huskvarna or Gränna/Visingsö, etc. In Kaxholmen, we also have a grocery store, Ica, and a Pizzeria about 1 km from our house. Note: The house is smoke & pet-free!

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Newly-renovated cozy accommodation in Äppelodling between Jönköping and Gränna. Detached cottage in a rural location at Vistakulle Fruit Farm overlooking our nice apple orchard where there is also a small vineyard. The proximity to the beautiful nature of the entire Äppeldalen valley, which offers many excursion destinations, and only a 15-minute drive to central Jönköping, makes the location unique.
