The historic cottage exudes charm and history, and with its quiet and rural location, it invites you to breathe deeply and rest. Completely renovated in 2023 with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, but also with a focus on preserving the soul of the house. Surrounded by beautiful nature, apple orchards and various tourist destinations, while at the same time close to Jönköping, it makes the farmhouse a rural idyll with many possibilities!

Log cabin from the 1600s or early 1700s, renovated in 2017. Beautiful surroundings, a hiking trail, many small trails and streams, mountain bike trails and views nearby. Approximately 10 minutes' drive to Elmia and 15 minutes to Jönköping city. Simple and quiet accommodation in the heart of nature, with wood stove and patio to the west. On the property, there are also sheep, chickens, a dog and a cat. In summer, there are also cows and horses within walking distance. Sheets and towels are on site. Breakfast is not included.

Boendet är placerat i Huskvarnas utkant så därav finns närheten till Elmia, Asecs och allt annat som Jönköping har att erbjuda. Boendet är utrustat med det mesta för att göra din vistelse trivsam. Laga en god maträtt i det enklare utrustade köket och gå sedan ut och sätt dig på altanen för att njuta av solnedgången. Välkomna till Bockamålen!

Shop locally at Rudenstam in Gisebo or have a coffee & shop at Grafitgrå at the swimming area in Kaxholmen. Take a trip to Jönköping, Huskvarna or Gränna/Visingsö, etc. In Kaxholmen, we also have a grocery store, Ica, and a Pizzeria about 1 km from our house. Note: The house is smoke & pet-free!

The proximity to the beautiful nature of the entire Äppeldalen valley, which offers many excursion destinations, and only a 15-minute drive to central Jönköping, makes the location unique.

The house has fast Wi-Fi, sauna, large parking, grill, outdoor kitchen, heated pool in summer, hot tub and a large lawn for playing. Good bus connections into Jönköping city center and 5 minutes into Bankeryd city center.

Here you live on the lower floor in our basement house with its own entrance and its own patio. This part of Huskvarna is called the sunny side because of its magical sunsets. We choose good quality sheets/pillows. Towels that give a luxurious feel, and we offer a Jacuzzi and loan of bicycles for a small fee. With us, you are always welcome!
