Nevertheless, close to the city and close to AirBase Ramstein, Sembach, Vogelweh. Private entrance on the 2nd floor (outside staircase), Free Wi-Fi and parking. Cozy 60 sqm apartment surrounded by nature. (dead end) Balcony also for smokers, Wi-Fi and parking are free in the courtyard or close to the house.

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in a way that you can work efficiently in the home office and also relax. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.
