Villa holiday rentals in Kata Beach

Absolutely awesome stay and the photos do not do it justice. From the moment you park the car. We had the two bedroom villa, great outdoor space and true infinity pool. Genuinely cannot fault the place. The staff, Faye and Den from the Philippines are just lovely people. Extremely helpful from breakfast to local spot for laundry. I travel to Phuket 3 to 4 times per year, but assuming it is available, I suspect this is where I will be staying. Fantastic selection of restaurants in the Bang Tao area.. The only thing to note, the villa is up on the hill which affords such awesome views, I drove up and down, zero issues. Can be walked, but suspect not for the faint hearted. Catlin is a great host, super responsive and nothing is a problem.

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

Our stay at Benjamin’s villa was absolutely fantastic. The property is of extremely high quality — everything is beautifully designed, spotless, and clearly maintained with great care. The villa is spacious, stylish, and offers a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The pool was a definite highlight: clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a quiet swim. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen — modern appliances, plenty of space, and everything you need. Communication was truly outstanding. A very special thanks to Beau, who was our main point of contact and handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. She responded quickly to all of our questions and made sure we felt fully taken care of throughout our stay. This villa exceeded all our expectations. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-equipped place in a quite area, this is it.

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.

We were a multigenerational family who had the most wonderful stay at the Villa. Everything was perfect. There was a lot of space. The staff were beautiful and friendly. The food was exquisite. Communication was easy. Our day trips were wonderful. There is a lot of stairs up and down the driveway but once you’re inside it’s fairly easy to navigate. Everyone had their own space. The games room was great. Absolutely no complaints and can’t say enough about the lovely group of people who made our stay so meaningful. Thank you Stefan and team

This place is something everyone has to try. Mimi and Jojo are very very helpful and made our stay and trips to places easy. breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed staying at this place and love to visit this place if ever made a trip to Phuket in future. Thank you for everything!!!!!

La maison correspond totalement au descriptif. La maison est dans un coin très calme , La piscine est très agréable les 4 chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable la maison était très propre à notre arrivée . The villa was clean, spacious, everything was working, amazing view, responsive and friendly host, and cleaning was done every day by the supervisor. You will need a taxi to go to town, and a taxi will come in 5 to 8 minutes, so all was good. We were 5 guys and we had a blast, hanging out at the pool at night. There was some extra noise from the construction next door, but our host was kind enough to ask them to slow down early in the morning. Breakfast was also very good. We had amazing stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was beautiful and well set up for our group, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the team. The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! A special shoutout to Peachy for her warm and attentive service—she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome. Ich habe mein Aufenthalt bereits das zweite Mal verlängert! Tolle Gegend, toller Gastgeber & tolles Team vor Ort 🙏🏼 alles in allem perfekt , sehr viel Privatsphäre & vorallem sauber! Ich hatte zwischendrin ein kleines Problem mit meinem pool und es wurde binnen wenigen Stunden behoben 🙏🏼 danke vielmals für diese Gastfreundschaft & diese tolle Immobilie!

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten war alles wie erhofft. Der Ansprechpartner für alles rund ums Haus Ivan war immer erreichbar und leistete sofort Hilfe und Unterstützung. Geschäfte und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
