Located on a quiet residential street with only a 4-minute walk to the metro - which in just 12 minutes takes you to Copenhagen, 4-minute walk to shopping and Fields, 10-minute walk to scenic Amager Fælled. The villa has a nice garden with a pool and spa as well as a grill. If you want to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat to a quiet environment when the city has been explored, this is the right property. Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated house on Barsebäck's golf course. The location is perfect for golfing as you live on the course and have many other golf courses nearby. If you want to hike is the Järavallen hiking area right next door or if you want to go to the sea, it is also within walking distance. Barsebäck beach bath is only a little bit away. If you want to play paddle, billiards or swim in the pool, there are in the area. The closeness to excursions in Skåne is many. A perfect place for those who also want experiences!

The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym room and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so no matter the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there's plenty of room to play, play, or catch a great movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor, as well as the room + creak room and dressing area downstairs.
