Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Welcome to our cozy treetop cabin, built from recycled materials - 6.2 m above the ground. The cabin overlooks the fields, is insulated, has electricity, heating, a tea kitchen and a comfortable sofa that turns into a small double bed. Enjoy the two terraces and running water in the treetop and toilet with sink below the cabin. The famous lakes of Copenhagen are the backdoor neighbors. 1 bedroom with a 2,7m wide bed, where 3 can sleep if necessary. Living room (with a sleep-ready couch for 2), a dining room, and a well-stocked kitchen free to use for anyone who likes cooking. It is also ideal for couples travelling with small children. It contains a bright bedroom, a large living room and dining kitchen with access to the balcony. There is an elevator inside the property itself and a private parking space in the neighboring property. The apartment is directly adjacent to Sankt Jørgens Sø, a lovely and green recreational area in the middle of the city. Feel free to ask about a longer stay.

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.
