This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. ⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Un GRAND MERCI à Joško, c'est la deuxième fois que je loue son appartement et c'est toujours aussi bien. Joško est toujours disponible pour nous aider et pro actif avec de super conseils pour sortir en ville et trouver de bons restaurants. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé et le centre ville est tout proche. J'ai énormément apprécié mon sejour et je reviendrai prochainement. Bonne continuation et à bientôt

Very well presented, modern apartments. We travelled as group of 13 and we had 3 apartments at our disposal, that had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of balconies to sit on. Kaja was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive host. Lovely beaches short walk away. Bakery and shop nearby. Good communication links to Trogir and Split. Just a bit noisy at times with planes taking off from the nearby Split airport. Definitely would stay again if we ever visit this region again.

Marijana was an excellent host and we had a great time with our little baby. She was very accommodating and gave us lots of helpful tips and was very responsive. We also really appreciated Marijana providing a travel cot to avoid us having to bring one with us on our holidays. The amenities in the house are great and the welcome pack was very kind. The location is a bit out of the way, past some dirt roads and an industrial estate but the house makes up for it definitely and great for family time by the pool and outside oven. Ubers to old town were only €7 so handy enough

Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

Die Unterkunft von Goran ist so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche hat alle Utensilien die man so braucht. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Ess-/Wohnzimmer, diese kühlt aber die gesamte Wohnung. Weil wir früh dran waren hat die Tochter von Goran den Check-in mit uns gemacht. Dieser lief reibungslos. Während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir immer bei Goran oder seiner Familie nachfragen, falls es Fragen con uns gab. Wir waren mit zwei Autos dort und konnten beide Autos auf dem Hof vor dem Haus parken. Die Straßen in Kastel Stari sind enger und die Abfahrt von der Schnellstraße zur Unterkunft kann man beim ersten Mal leicht übersehen. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Goran und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen!

Logement très propre et fidèle à la description. Déco, jardin et terrasse hyper sympas. A mi route entre Trogir et Split L'arrêt de bus est à côté, cela est bien pratique. Le village est calme et reposant. Quiétude est le mot qui le caractérise. Tout est à proximité. Merci pour tout Frankica.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

A professionally run listing, with a fantastic personal touch. A peaceful location with plenty of outdoor space and well maintained pool. Internally well designed with very extensively equipped kitchen. Mario very responsive to all our questions and he went above and beyond with advice about local medical facilities when needed for our daughter. And an extra shout out his mum who helped us enormously also. Everything was clean and comfortable, short drive to local beaches for great swimming, and plenty of supermarkets within the vicinity. Thank you Mario and family.

Mateo was very nice and friendly. He made us felt like home. We even made friends with some locals. We shall definitely rent from Mirko again. ☺️

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit chez Mario. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser les nombreux équipements de haute qualité de cet appartement qui mérite qu'on y reste plus longtemps !

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

Wie sind mir der Unterkunft vollkommen zufrieden! Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, saubere Spülmaschine, ein großer Balkon, wo wir gerne Frühstück und Abendbrot hatten. Ich kann es gerne weiterempfehlen. Marko war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, und wir hatten gar keine Fragen und keine Probleme. Die Lage passt besonders für Familien gut, es war unser zweiter Urlaub in Kaštela. Ruhige Strände mit flachem Eingang, Duschen, Verleih. Etwas weiter findet man Altstadt und Restaurants. In 15 Min. erreicht man Trogir, in 30 Min. Split, man kann einen schönen Nachmittagsausflug machen.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, au calme, dans un village de pêcheurs entre Split et Trogir. Tout était conforme à la description. Joli balcon avec vue reposante. Idéal pour un couple et rayonner dans la région.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. The outside space was a fabulous bonus which we loved. The bed was super comfy, water in the bathroom was always hot and we had everything we needed in the property. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the centre yet set in a really peaceful spot. We definitely recommend the property as a great place to stay for a couple.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
