Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kaštel Stari

We had a very pleasant stay at Martina’s house. The entire property was beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the bay. One of the highlights was definitely the large pool and the jacuzzi. A special feature is that there are three separate houses, two of which have fully equipped kitchens. This offers the benefit of having a private space to retreat to. We also want to emphasize how helpful Martina was whenever we had a question or issue. She was an amazing host and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tissa. Damir and his wife were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim in even in April on windier days. We loved the sauna, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The villa is split in three self containing apartments which is great if you have separate groups or older children who like independence. There is so much to do in the area and the supermarkets and airport are a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend you book this villa and I am sure we will be back too!

We had a wonderful 7-day stay! The host was incredibly attentive and responded to our questions within a minute every time. The villa was gorgeous, and the location in Split was perfect. We want to thank the entire team for making our family holiday so special. We'll definitely be back soon!

We had an incredibly beautiful and relaxing time in a great place! The villa is above average well equipped and was spotlessly clean. We felt right at home. This is mainly because Tina is one of the best hosts we have ever met. She welcomed us with an attention to strengthen us after the trip and was immediately available for any question. This hospitality has made the visit great again! Even if the weather was bad, we were able to really relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. Thanks for everything!

Lukas apartment is absolutely First class. Very smooth check in. . On entering the very large, open , immaculate apartment, it is a WOW moment. Really beautifully presented, immaculate kitchen with all amenities, even a large air fryer!! Huge TV screen for those Netflix moments. Fantastic bedrooms ( 2 with en suite) , beds incredibly comfortable , bathrooms excellent. All this, and then you step onto the very large balcony, fully equipped with nickel free jacuzzi ( heavenly! ) table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Again, beautifully presented. The view from here at any time of the day is stunning. The city of Split lies below . You will need a car, though Uber is also available. Split itself is 15 minutes drive . Such a gorgeous place, I didn’t want to leave.

We had a lovely stay at Ante and Ivana's beautiful house. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful views. The place was very clean and Ante and Ivana were very prompt with their responses, even messaging during the week to see if we needed anything. We also really appreciated their welcome treats. There was a slight delay in check in as there was a miscommunication with our uber driver and meeting hosts (as we arrived later in the evening) but once in, there were no issues. The family of tortoises was also a highlight. Location wise there is a local shop and cafe nearby and Ubers are easy to use. Town is a 15-20 min drive away and klis fortress is 20 ish mins which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Our stay was lovely, Hrvoje was very accommodating and always checked up to see if we needed anything else.

It was a very relaxing holiday, the place is outside of all the city hustle and bustle on the edge of a mountain. Coffee was already ready at check-in, which we were very happy about. You can go hiking directly and enjoy the beautiful views and nature. The hot tub and views over Split were one of the biggest highlights. Split and the surrounding cities are easy to reach by car. Communication with Mirela went smoothly. We got some sightseeing tips and also quick responses to questions. We would definitely come back here, thank you for the great time and this beautiful place.

The hosts were incredibly responsive, even before we arrived. Once we landed, they stayed in close contact, and everything went as agreed. Vinko greeted us warmly, showed us the house and came for checkout to say goodbye. A highlight of our trip was Vinko’s dad, whom we called Opa, who became our personal driver. With a group of eight, renting two cars seemed too much, so glad we didn’t! Opa picked us up at the airport (even made two trips as our group arrived separately), was always on time, and made every ride fun and relaxing. His prices beat Bolt. The house was amazing, comfortable beds, a great pool, jacuzzi, and space for everyone. It truly felt like home. Shops, delicious bakery and the beach were nearby, and being between Split and Trogir was perfect for day trips. Even the occasional plane overhead didn’t bother us. The hosts also gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. This place gave us unforgettable memories. Thank you, Mirta, Vinko, and Opa!

Very satisfied! Good and pleasant communication. The hot tub was larger than I had thought. In the beginning, a few towels, etc., were missing, Marijana gave us all a pizza:)

There was nothing missing in the two apartments. There is even a fully automatic coffee machine in the lower apartment. The facility corresponded exactly to the illustrations. It was all to our complete satisfaction! Glad to come back.

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Nives and Andrey were incredible hosts, from check in to check out they were super responsive, always on hand to help and had exceptional cooking skills and the same from their daughter with her cakes and Pastries 😍 There aren't enough words to describe how much we would recommend you booking to stay with this fabulous family. We had a couple of problems with the TV and before we knew it they had bought a new one to make sure our stay was perfect. Not only that but we had an issue with our hire car and they were both over within minutes to help us out and throughout until resolution. Andrey shared some wine from their family vineyard and some personalised videos on how it was made which was super cool to see. Remove any doubts you have in relation to booking here, you will have the best time with the best hosts. Everything is exactly as described and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

We were warmly welcomed by the owners of the house. The shops were closed because of Easter but they reported this in advance and therefore they had already picked up some groceries in consultation with us. Everything was very clean and the house was fully equipped, there were plenty of towels (for bathroom and pool), the kitchen was very complete. The bathrooms even had tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, hand soap, etc. One evening we were even able to see dolphins from our garden. Thank you Grgo and Biserka for the nice experience and maybe we will come back again.

Diana is a great host. Very welcoming and accommodating. The villa is beautiful, spacious and as described. We had everything we needed and there are two supermarkets nearby and the beach is just a few kilometres away. We enjoyed our stay at Diana and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her villa.
