Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. There is a jacuzzi on the upper outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bay and Split. There is a train station nearby, and you can be in the centre of Split in 20 minutes. Trains to the city of Split run on average every 2 hours. The villa is fully equipped and air-conditioned with 7 air conditioners. You are alone in the house, and the entire villa is just for you. The pool is open from 20 April to 20 October

Both bathrooms have comfortable walk in showers and huge handmade sinks with great lightning.Both rooms have big 180x200 beds and fast access to the bathrooms.There is a jakuzzi on the terrase where you can enjoy your time with your friends/familly.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Sve je dostupno i blizu,prekrasno šetalište uz more kojim možete razgledati ljepote i starine Kaštela. Restorani i kafići su udaljeni 100 m od apartmana kao i trgovine,pošta i ljekarna. Zračna luka je udaljena sedam mim vožnje automobilom. Split i Trogir 20 min vožnje automobilom ili autobusom 40 min.
