In front of the old century-old Villa where the apartment is located there is a large park with lots of greenery along which there is a beach. Everything is accessible and close, a beautiful promenade by the sea where you can see the beauty and antiquities of Kaštela. Restaurants and cafes are 100 m from the apartment as well as shops, post office and pharmacy. The airport is seven minutes away by car. Split and Trogir are 20 min by car or 40 min by bus.

On upper floor we have rooms with nice balcony with a beautiful view at sea .On ground floor is kitchen/living room,bathroom, and outside you'll enjoy terrace with natural shade. WiFi internet connection, Air conditioning, all kitchen and washing machines are free to use.

The villa is settled in quiet neighborhood , 80 meters from the beach.
