This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Our apartment is a spacious 50sqm large apartment with one double bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a large open plan living/dining area that has a fully equipped kitchen. The couch in the living room can easily be transformed into a bed and thus accommodate one additional person. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small building whith big terrace and surrounded by a cultivated garden.
