The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped. The location is charming. You step out the door and are in the middle of the old town of Durlach. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

I felt right at home. Looked like the pictures. Everything you need can also be found in the area. Will definitely be back again!

A really tastefully decorated apartment. Simple yet comfortable, quite freshly renovated, modern with a nice touch of retro. Quiet location in a settlement with single and multi-family houses. In ten minutes you can be in the city centre of KA by car and the tram stop is just a few minutes' walk away. Great fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need for a few days stay. Fast Wi-Fi in all areas of the apartment. Private access. No problem with keys, thanks to electronic door lock. Helpful, friendly landlady, easy to reach.

The owner is kind, friendly, and easy to contact. The location is great, very close to the tram and KIT university.

Everything was great! The location is quiet but close to a train stop. The apartment is pleasant and as described. Communication was excellent and I never felt alone checking in and out.

Nina’s place was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to. The rooms are spacious, every single commodity was provided, and the host was very responsive. Not much to do in the neighbourhood, but I 100% recommend this listing if you’re attending an event at Messe Karlsruhe

The stay at Tugba was great. Despite the attic apartment, it was not hot. The balcony terrace invites you to enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops. Tugba was always available for questions. Very happy to come back.

Great easy stay as described

Very well maintained and clean accommodation. We felt right at home. Yvonne was very nice and responded quickly to our questions.

Everything great! Very easy to reach, was about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Apartment looked exactly like the pictures and one was always answered very quickly.

Cozy, spacious and central apartment. We slept great. The kids really enjoyed the proximity of the playgrounds and the city park. We will be happy to come back!

Steffen is a great host, his place it is clean an very cosy ! Everything is clean and neat , you can also have some of the local bio beverages and snacks, they are available in the kitchen !!! Great bedroom, with all you need , very clean and cosy bathroom, good quality towels , sower gel shampo and hand soap. Overal we felt like home , definitely we will come again!! The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

We relaxed and celebrated our bachelorette party here as a group of four. Everything was very clean and the decor is beautiful! We would come back here every time. The jacuzzi is of course the highlight. We had a small problem on the 2nd day to get the jacuzzi, Narek responded within a few minutes and turned the jacuzzi back on. We would really recommend this accommodation to everyone! Thanks for everything :)

A perfect stay from start to finish! The accommodation was even better than in the photos: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We immediately feel at home there. The location is ideal in a quiet area. Jaccuzi and sauna is very clean. Comfortable bed, fast wifi – everything has been thought out to offer a spotless experience. We had a great stay at Adrien's The accommodation was as described and impeccably clean. In addition, the environment is very quiet. Adrien is a responsive host and sent clear instructions well in advance to locate the accommodation and we found it easily thanks to this. Special mention for the pizzeria next to the accommodation which is excellent, I recommend it without hesitation as well as the accommodation of course!
