Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

Our cozy vintage apartment is bright, quiet and very centrally located. It is a non-smoking apartment of about 30 m² and partially exposed sandstone walls. From April to September, we offer an outdoor seating area on the south side. Shopping and tram (5 min.) are within walking distance; ideal connection to the highway (Karlsbad). A good starting point for excursions to the countryside (Northern Black Forest) and nearby cities (e.g. Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim).

Chic 2-room feel-good oasis | Terrace & garden

A modern furnished 2-room garden apartment with approx. 55 m² on the first floor, is waiting for you to live in. This is ideal for up to three adults. In the pantry kitchen you will find everything to conjure up a small but fine meal. On the terrace there is a table with four chairs and two sun loungers. Here you can relax, sunbathe, barbecue and chill in the summer, because it is nice and quiet here. We look forward to seeing you soon.
