Our tiny house/bungalow rooms, which have a closed area of 18 m2 and 2 single beds (we have the opportunity to combine them upon request), are within a 15-minute walking distance to the most popular bays of Karaburun, and a few minutes to the market, bus stop and the most crowded location of the neighborhood, the pier. A mini Chalet with magnificent village and pond views , where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coastline,beach clubs such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca (places such as coastal beach, mali beach, Battery beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık horse bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house, which were later included in our house.

The house is located in Kösedere, an old village of Yörük before Karaburun. Kösedere is a hidden village located on a hillside 8 minutes away by car from the sea to protect from attacks from the sea in ancient times. You can taste local delicacies like pancake and pastries in cafes in this lovely square in this village where series shoots take place. Their people are extremely friendly and helpful. Boiling down the village resembles a small Wool harbour with its sea like glass.
