A beautiful apartment in a stunning location with incredibly friendly and informative hosts.

Very nice apartment, great hosts. Only minor fault would be the location. It is on a very steep inclinewith many steps and the walk back from the amenities below is difficult. Better to walk down and get a taxi back from the Metro station.

We had an excellent welcome, Ertan's mother is a very beautiful person, she welcomed us with great kindness and she informed us very well. The accommodation is really great and very pleasant to live in. Thank you very much and if we return to Izmir, we will return to Ertan 😊👍

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

We had a magical accommodation experience! It's not just our home, but our soul that we've rested here... The house was not only comfortable; it also seemed to be built with peace. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, immaculate and presented in the best form of hospitality. The location was great; the surrounding nature, silence and energy really did us a lot of good. The host was literally kind, caring and reassuring. He was always available and helpful; we felt very special. ✨ This is not just an accommodation, it was an inner pause, a divine pause for breath. The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 large rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, where 2 couples could easily stay, with their own toilet and bathroom. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

a lovely home, very large space ,lots of room, very close to shops and team. only heads up everyone should know is, parking is 4 lanes away. the house is on 3 levels, ground has the living room ,1 bedroom and one full bathroom, the attic has a lovely room but no bathroom, basement has the kitchen ,a wc and a dining area with an outdoor seating. so better be aware of these arrangements, it worked out for us as we were a family of 4. everything else about the place is lovely. it was a lovely stay there.

The rooms are quite clean and new. It's exactly the same as in the photo. It has a huge garden in front and the landscaping arrangement is quite nice. Thanks to its central location, you walk to restaurants. Mr. Suat is very hospitable and helpful. I recommend.

The house overlooks a beautiful garden with sheep and hens. The sweet smell of orange blossoms and the sound of the birds singing helps you to relax instantly. The house is lovely with an excellent outside area to read a book or listen to the singing from the nearby churches. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. The house was clean, its location was within walking distance to Alaçatı bazaar. Ms. Ece was very interested, she answered all my questions instantly. Everything was perfect, we loved it. I recommend it with peace of mind.🥰

Other than that, the location of the house was good and the house was tidy in the last stream. The house was almost complete, there were all kinds of tools. I recommend it to those who are thinking of staying… it was a pleasant stay with my small dog.
