Xenia is the Best host you can ever have. She offered us early check-in and late check-out as the house was available. The location is great, only a couple of min walk to the beach. The house is fully decorated, with Everything you might need. We did not Cook in the house, but it had a fully equipped kitchen. Above all, Xenia herself was the Best. She prepared little surprises for our daughter and welcomed us like a family member. It was very difficult to say goodbye and we promised a future visit. A must-stay place in karfas.

Uğur and Aytekin were great and very friendly hosts. On request, they even allowed us to have a small celebration in the apartment. Although there were a little more guests than planned in the end, they weren't angry with us. They were also always easily accessible for questions or problems. The apartment was nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. I would therefore highly recommend it.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It is a great location, very close to the water and restaurants, as well as provides a good home base to explore other cities and sights. Metin was very responsive and very helpful. We got in about 2am to check in and he helped us out. We highly recommend his place.

The location of the place was close to everywhere. The house was cute and comfortable, the host, Mr. Bahri, welcomed us with a smile,everything was clean and tidy, we were satisfied. I think the only thing missing from the house is the lack of kitchen utensils. It would be better if there were small pots, a few large knives, a toaster and a small oven. For families with children, the toaster should be in every house. Generally, we loved the house and we were satisfied. In addition, it was very good to have a heater in the house for the winter, the house was warm.

It was a great stay. Everything in the house was very nice. The house was convenient. It was in the center and within walking distance of everything. The house was spotless. Everything was needed. Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

The host is interested, there may be small bugs, but we considered it normal because it is on the beach. It has a pleasant terrace, we had a nice holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's place. The house had everything we needed, including a BBQ, and it was such a pleasure to spend time in the lovely garden. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, perfect for relaxing. Both Maria and Nikos were incredibly kind and welcoming. Nikos even took us to watch the rocket war, which was such a unique and memorable experience. He also shared some of his homemade cheese with us, which was absolutely delicious. We’re really grateful for their warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Maria and Nikos, for making our stay so special! We will definetely visit your place again.

We had a short but very pleasant Alaçatı holiday and the biggest part was your wonderful home. The house was extremely stylish, comfortable and immaculately clean, as we saw in the photos. Everything we needed was considered during our stay; a few small details that we mentioned were missing quickly, and we would also like to thank Ms. Betül for your attention and support. Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All utensils and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is large, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

The apartment is very good, spacious and comfortable, close to the country. Large veranda with view. With very easy nearby parking, which is important for Chios by car. The bathroom is too small, but just after the shower needs a mopping. I would highly recommend it and would prefer it again in case I come to Chios again.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.
