Lovely place in a great location. Internal courtyard is great. Kitchen is convenient and good water pressure throughout. Perfectly located for Alacati nightlife, but in a quiet street compared to many. Finally, super available host! I would return for sure !

It was a very nice house and exactly what we wanted. A wonderful stay with two separate sections has been renovated from a classic stone house. We loved that it was peaceful, quiet, and a home in touch with nature. Our host Patrick is very friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful with anything and responds to any questions and needs immediately. We would definitely recommend it to those who will go to Chios. If we go back one day, we would definitely prefer Patrick's house again. Thanks so much dear Patrick

We had a very pleasant stay. The beautiful beach is right in front of the house, which was a real highlight for us. The accommodation itself is quite small but nicely furnished and very clean. We had to get used to the limited storage space, especially in the bathroom, and had to figure out where to put our things. The kitchen equipment was okay, but the stovetop was quite weak and didn’t get hot enough for proper frying. However, the washing machine and dishwasher were a great plus. The check-in process with the key box was super easy and went very smoothly. Ilke was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had, providing us with great tips for the area. Parking spaces were available nearby, which was convenient. Apart from occasional noise from military helicopters and shooting practice at the nearby military area, it was otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.

The house overlooks a beautiful garden with sheep and hens. The sweet smell of orange blossoms and the sound of the birds singing helps you to relax instantly. The house is lovely with an excellent outside area to read a book or listen to the singing from the nearby churches. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

We had a great time at Özge's apartment in Izmir. The place is really clean, nice and cozy, there is enough space for two couples and we found everything we need. Close to the city center and the sea, so we could walk around and always find some nice place to eat. Özge is a super nice person, making sure that we arrived safe and she was always ready to help us if needed. 🙏🏻🩷

The location of the house is extremely easy to get anywhere in a very central location. The house was way over the top. Everything was thought out to the finest detail, and there were a lot of decorations that added cuteness to the house. A warm home creates the feeling that you are also in the environment. Aryetta is a very caring and responsive host, I had asked for a tavern suggestion that we were coming for the wedding anniversary. She prepared a bottle of wine as suggested, thank you for this thoughtful thought for us, we were very happy. We'll be back, love...

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

This place is absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking, the apartment is perfectly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the linen is clean and fresh. Separately, I want to note the hostess — she was incredibly friendly and helped us from the very first moment. She told me how to figure it out on the island and recommended many interesting places to visit. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone who plans to come to the island — it's really unforgettable!

Since it was my first experience, I narrowed the doa a little too much, but he was always careful to be kind and helpful, thanks to a great person, I was very happy with the discount. A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.
