Ganztags wirst du bei schönem Wetter mit Sonne verwöhnt. Schönau am Königsee ist in 4 Km auch bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Ortskern Berchtesgaden ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss ebenfalls nah. Die Wohnung liegt am Hang!

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Für alle Bewohner steht im Sommer ein großer Außenpool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Golfplatz, Tauern-Spa, Sportflugplatz, Badesee, Restaurants, etc. sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Winter: Skibus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Skikeller mit Skischuh-Wärmer ist im Haus vorhanden.
