Der Dorfplatz nebenan hat eine Bank, ein Café, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, einen Frisör, ein Restaurant und eine Pizzeria. 100m bis zum See mit Bootsanlegestelle zur Überfahrt und Rundfahrt. Hier kann jeder kostenlos schwimmen gehen. Rechter Hand der Kurpark, ein Strandbad und ein See-Restaurant. Frühstück im Café am Dorfplatz oder auf Wunsch bei uns.
What guests are saying:“Staying at Henriëttes house was a good idea. The house in a small village is a good base for skiing in Saalbach Hinterglemm, Zell am See, Kaprun and Maria Alm. Also in summertime this is a perfect location, 5 minutes walk away of the lake, which provides all sorts of watersports. Hospitality and if you like nice conversations or a good breakfast are some of the ingredients if you choose to stay in this place. Henriette and Oliver are really pleasant hosts.”
My house is located near the center in a quiet location next to the Lechnerberg beginner lift. The double room has an additional living area. I am pleased to welcome you.
What guests are saying:“Real nice stay the "Hohe Welt", it's close to Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe for skiing (so are the ski rental shops) and Kaprun is a lovely place for having a walk and dinner ("Hilberger's Beisl" is awesome) and is great over all. We even got some dishes and a water heater for making breakfast (as there is no kitchen).”
Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
What guests are saying:“We came with our two children and the property met our expectations in full. The house is tastefully decorated, discreetly decorated and neatly equipped with all the things that people need and above all things squeaky clean. We did not miss anything. We had a nice master bedroom with balcony & mountain view and each child a private bedroom. We did not use the garden because it did not give the autumn weather (lots of rain, later alternating with the sun). You can certainly spend time here in the balmy summer months, the terrace is large. Directly at the house flows the Imbach, which flows into the Kapruner Ache in the center of Kaprun. This has us urbanites on arrival highly pleased (comparable to the sea noise). We were able to park directly at the house. In addition, from the house and actually everywhere in Kaprun hiking trails lead into the breathtakingly beautiful alpine nature. We stayed just over a week and could have stayed longer. A thousand thanks to Jens & his team for the excellent hospitality. Frau immediately realizes that there are people at work here, for whom it is a matter of the heart that the guest feels good. We would like to come again.”
