Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

The EIFEL HOUSE anno 1846 is ideal for 4 to 6 guests. It belongs to an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and provide a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel, without sacrificing relaxed luxury. The EIFEL HOUSE is directly adjacent to the EIFEL SUITE anno 1846. When booking both accommodations, the lockable connecting door can be opened and a large, great accommodation for a total of up to 8 guests is created.

Home with a view, large property & balcony

Our two adjoining vacation homes, each for four people, are located in Kalenborn, near Kaiseresch in the Volcanic Eifel. On the 800 square meter property, overlooking a lot of nature, you can really enjoy your stay. With 80 square meters of living space and a large kitchen, the vacation home offers enough space for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to three children. There is an electric grill on the large balcony. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friends.

Vacation home at Ulmen Castle

Super quiet location right in the heart of idyllic Ulmen. In the immediate vicinity are the historic castle ruins and the youngest maar of the Eifel, which invites you to relax in the summer. Another highlight is the Maarstollen, which opened in 2023. With a length of 124 m, you can quickly hike from one maar to another and at the same time stand in the middle of the volcano. You'll find our holiday home on the quiet outskirts of the small village Ahrdorf, surrounded by meadows and forests with a view of a juniper slope. Ahrdorf is located in the "Kalkeifel" near Blankenheim and only 19 km from the famous Nürburgring. The picturesque Ahr Valley offers a variety of cycling- and hiking trails - you can start right on the doorstep!
