The works exhibited in the gallery are outsider art created daily at Yamana Workshop, an art center and welfare facility in Koga City, Shiga Prefecture. In addition to the works exhibited in the building, original package art can also be purchased at the vending machine in front of the hotel. You can watch Amazon Prime movies on the large screen TV in the room. It is also probably the only room with an open-air bath in Osaka Namba. Please wear a swimsuit and close the curtains to slowly enjoy the resort mood.

This is a renovated Kyomachi house near Gojo-zaka. A 100-year-old Kyomachi house has been transformed into a guest house where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the good old days. It is a luxurious natural material renovation that uses diatomaceous earth with deodorizing and humidity regulating effects, and unpolluted materials such as hinoki cypress and cedar, with attention to detail in the finish. The whole ceiling is covered with cypress, and the pillars, frames, and baseboards are also made of cypress, creating a space filled with the comfort of real natural materials and the scent of cypress. It is located in the Kiyomizu-dera Temple area, about 6 minutes on foot from Exit 4 of Kiyomizu-Gojō Station on the Keihan Line, near Kiyomizu-dera Temple, one of Kyoto's most famous tourist destinations. The egg sauna is especially recommended, as it was created with a shape that allows heat to circulate naturally. This is all handmade (DIY)! Feel both the heat of the wood stove in the sauna and the creative heat of JP. You can also enjoy hot pots and grilled fish skewers in the hearth, which has been restored by DIY. Please bring all your own food, so please come after buying it at a nearby supermarket. The location is a region called "Kobo" in the foothills of Mimasaka City, Okayama Prefecture. Nishi-Awakura Village, which is becoming a popular topic as a village of local creation and migration, is just around the corner, so I think it would be interesting to stop by on the way.

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.
