"Luo Wuyin no Sokyu" Built in the Taisho era, a traditional Sukiya house just 200m walk from Yasaka Shrine

This house was originally built during the Taisho period and has a history of more than 100 years. Located on Kiyomizu-cho, just one street away from Yasaka Shrine, it is within walking distance of famous attractions such as Ishibei Koji, Sannenzaka, Ninenzaka, Kodaiji Temple, etc. The most representative building in Kyoto is Kyomachiya, and among Kyomachiya, "Sukiya" is the most precious. In order to preserve the historical and cultural value of the house, it was fully renovated in 2017, based on the restoration of the original appearance. It is open to the public in the form of a homestay. Located in the heart of Higashiyama, you can walk to popular attractions such as Kiyomizu Temple, Yasaka Shrine, Hanami Koji, Kenninji Temple, etc., or enjoy a quiet afternoon in Kyoto, such as Maruyama Park, Kamo River, Kitashirakawa River, etc. Of course, transportation is also very convenient nearby, the Keihan Electric Railway goes directly to Osaka Kyobashi, and the Karasuma subway line goes directly to Kyoto Station.

Reikaku Yasaka | Gion | Historical Machiya

Reikaku Yasaka was a building in ruins with the floor tilted by at least 30cm when we discovered this hidden jewel. The restoration was particularly difficult due to the state it was in but our craftsman’s determination to bring this Machiya back to its formal glory paid off for Reikaku Yasaka. kyoto villa soso (Near Kyoto station)

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. This house was built 120 years ago and stayed by a lot of people who have plan to go to Koya-san. The house is in front of the river and you can take a look. It will make relaxed. We can do tea ceremony, if you want. We have 2 toilet and 1 bath room with big bath tab made by a Japanese special wood, Hinoki. There is a 24h super market, Okuwa near the house.(5 min away by a car) And high rank Japanese beef restaurant(2 min by a car) You can enjoy Yakiniku.

We have a Canadian house, just a stone through away from the beautiful Lake Biwa. Suitable place to stay for family trip, with friends and work trip.
