Shodoshima, 30 seconds to the sea, you can see the sea from any room

This house is located on the quiet seaside of Shodoshima Town. It is a house built just to watch the sunset over the sea. Unfortunately, we have a lot of stairs on the terrace, so it's not barrier free. (I will do my best to help with your luggage, etc.) However, at the top of the high terrace, the calm and beautiful sea of Setouchi, sparkling with sunlight, and the changing faces of the crimson sunset await you every day. Please enjoy an extraordinary time and forget about the time. You enter the room by climbing the terrace stairs. It is not barrier free. Please be sure to have an adult accompany you when going up and down stairs with small children. Also, there are many stairs on rainy days, so it may be inconvenient. Also, the road in front of the inn is not paved. Please note that this may cause some inconvenience. There are many insects because there is a lot of nature around the house. Insects may enter when windows or doors are opened or closed. (Especially at night, insects gather in the light of the inn) We are very sorry, but please refrain from staying if you don't like insects.

There is also a shower room inside. It can accommodate up to 4 people, but if you want to book the entire 2 floors (1st and 2nd floors), it can accommodate up to 8 people. The works exhibited in the gallery are outsider art created daily at Yamana Workshop, an art center and welfare facility in Koga City, Shiga Prefecture. In addition to the works exhibited in the building, original package art can also be purchased at the vending machine in front of the hotel. You can watch Amazon Prime movies on the large screen TV in the room. It is also probably the only room with an open-air bath in Osaka Namba. Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
