The property is on the 5th floor with a lift, making it easier to bring along the elderly, children, prams and large luggage. The interior features a spacious living and dining room and 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. There are also large balconies on both sides of the house with a view of the Five-Storied Pagoda of Kiyomizu-dera Temple. The lighting and sense of space are experiences that are difficult to find in typical accommodation in central Kyoto. We are located in a quiet alley in the Shijō Kawaramachi living area, about a 4-minute walk to the Takase River and about a 5-minute walk to the Kamo River. Takashimaya, Nishiki Market, Teramachi, Shinkyogoku, Gion and many restaurants are all within walking distance. There is also an old machiya restaurant on the first floor of the building, which is full of Kyoto charm and has been recommended by the Michelin Guide. The whole family can enjoy a special Kyoto dinner in the atmosphere of the ancient capital without having to travel far, just by going downstairs. **There is also a private car park on the ground floor, and one parking space can be reserved free of charge during your stay at this property.
