A simply furnished, but very spacious and bright home for a relaxing stay in Stubai. This family-friendly home is centrally located in the valley, in the town of Kampl. You can therefore go in any direction for skiing, tobogganing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, and much more. A supermarket, bus stop, playground and a lake with recreation and hospitality are within walking distance. Upon request, the baker will come to the house. The city of Innsbruck and the airport are only 20 minutes away.

Our HOLIDAY APARTMENT MAK is located in Neustift in the Ausserrain district, in a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the mountains. We are in the middle of the valley and have an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain tours and to the ski areas in the Stubai. I am a connoisseur of our homeland. I am happy to give my guests information on leisurely hikes to many summit tours, skiing, ski tours or snowshoeing, cycling, mountain biking or beautiful excursion destinations.

If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

We offer a quiet and sunny location in the center of Fulpmes: train station, bus, local amenities, cafes, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance.

Small and nice

The quiet and cosy apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old house on the edge of the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is 400 m away. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between lies the street, the wall and our garden. The property is 850 metres from Haller Station.

The apartment offers 35 sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
