Peaceful family house, recommended for families especially.

The place is incredible! The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need (except spices etc., generally you have to buy household items yourself), enough seating to eat together, relax or play. Also, the pool table and all other things were spotless and let the time in the wind fly. About 7 minutes walk to the beach, quiet area to walk, we felt safe at any time! The property is nice and large and you could spend your time there well. The best? Hot tub, sauna and indoor pool! Everything super easy to use. The only "problem" was that the outdoor area was open to the street ergo you were seen in the bikini, less privacy. But there were also few people in the village and they were always friendly. Therefore, that the property is new, a hedge will certainly grow up. We would come back!

We recently had the most wonderful summer break staying at this lovely, peaceful cottage in Melby. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt ourselves relax. The cottage is beautifully decorated, kitchen is super well equipped and the beds are very comfortable - easily sleeping our 2 families. Outside, we loved using the pool, snoozing in the hammock and eating on the expansive deck in front of the outdoor fireplace. The cottage is a 10-15min walk to a pretty local beach and a short drive (or bike ride) to the pretty Liseleje Beach. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Christian and Pernille were brilliant hosts - easy to communicate with, always responsive and gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay!

It's a very cozy house. We enjoyed our stay. The sauna can fit 2/3 people comfortably, but more than that is too tight. The location is great, it's at the same time private and also close to grocery stores, the beach, and coffee shops.

We had a great stay at this summerhouse! The pool and all the other amenities – including sauna, outdoor areas and kitchen – were really high quality and everything worked impeccably. The atmosphere and setting were perfect for a cozy and relaxed getaway with friends. The only small minus was that you had to bring gas to the grill yourself, which came as a surprise to all of us. It would be nice if it was mentioned more clearly in the description. All in all, a wonderful experience – we would love to come again!

The location and the small house are the perfect place for a relaxing time. We loved this place!

We stayed at Rikke and Andreas' place for 1 week. The house is situated in a quiet residential area in Sorø. The location is very central and therefore many things were super accessible. It was superbly equipped. In the kitchen, for example, nothing was missing. There were also a lot of toys available (our son was thrilled) The highlight was of course the heated pool & jacuzzi. Together with a grill and some outdoor toys, the perfect mix for everyone. The beds were also very comfortable. In the master bedroom even with box spring bed and children's room with high bed. Communication was also great. Rikke & Andreas responded very promptly. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation! We will be happy to come back :)

We had four wonderful days in Luise's beautiful and extremely tastefully decorated house. Large garden property, very private. You can take very nice walks with magnificent views along the coast. We enjoyed the time very much.

I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Morten's summerhouse. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The garden is large and private. On top of that we loved the styling of the interior. There are two ferries to the island, we only used the one to Hammer-Bakke. It runs every 20 minutes and only takes 6-8 minutes to cross. At ±€15,- for a return ticket it might sound pricey but the convenience is absolutely worth it. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Copenhagen but want a calm and quiet place to stay, surrounded by some beautiful nature. I can't recommend this place and Morten enough, we'd love to return someday.

We enjoyed the stay in Denmark very much. The fireplace invites you to cozy evenings, the sunrise by the sea is fantastic and the accommodation has everything you need. Highlighted is the excellent contact with Michelle and her cooperation in our interests. Slippers are recommended and well stocked with wood as well. It gets cold very quickly, especially the kitchen floor. A wooden ration is provided on the property. Thank you dear Michelle - we will be happy to come back!

Very beautiful garden, beautiful surroundings, walking distance to the beach, garden filled with birdsong and fresh air. Campfire, shelter and peace. The house is filled with a good atmosphere, good memories and rooms you want to stay in and relax in. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Susanne's wonderful beach house for 4 nights. The view was unique and beautiful.. We didn't miss anything. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful time...see you next time.

We had a wonderful time at Annie’s house and would definitely come back. Lovely house with amazing garden, close by the beach and super nice and friendly host. Really the only thing is that you have to clean yourself and even though you know that before booking it I think this is something you dont really want to do on your last vacation day and which should be included in the price.

The house is fantastically beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was vacation in nature. Sitting on the terrace in the sun, drinking a delicious cappuccino and listening to the countless birds - this is how the day can start. There is Wi-Fi, the kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, the fireplace provides a cozy warmth, the sea is almost next door and excursions are also possible (e.g. Copenhagen in 1.5 hours). It was the perfect place for us! By the way, our two daughters (12/14) see this as well. What was also great was the communication with Tessa! Extremely nice, quick and easy. Thank you for that and for a wonderful time in your house, Tessa! We can fully recommend the house.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Zenia’s beautiful place 🌞 Everything was incredibly cozy, well-equipped, and just overall had everything you might need to spend some relaxing days close to the sea 🌊 Zenia was also super friendly and always replied quickly to messages. We’ll hopefully be back! 🥰

Had a wonderful stay at Ellen's place. It was straightforward, very clean, simple and quiet. The area is quiet and you sleep well. The bed is wide enough and the mattress is soft - but it didn't cause any back pain for a heavy guy who signed. Ellen is a sweet, pleasant and attentive host. The house was very clean and super furnished. The kitchen equipment was also super extensive! We didn't miss anything. Plenty of storage space and plenty of room for everyone. The house is located directly on the sandy beach. Good for swimming. Large terrace with plenty of seating and deck chairs. Peaceful location, good for relaxing. Just super and perfect.

Very nice summerhouse in beautiful surroundings. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen / family room. We rented the house over the New Year, and would definitely rent it again during the summer months. The instructions were in order, nothing was missing in the kitchen, etc., and Mark is a great host who responds quickly. The cottage is within walking distance to the water.

Located an easy walk from everything, if you want the sea, there it is, if you want the city its there too, shops just down the road and history round the corner. Walk to the sea and on your left is a great bistro, a smashing food shack in front of you, coffee shop and a Thai restaurant too. Turn left out of the house then first right and there almost at the end of the road is a small local bar, open to 22:00 every day, cheap beer and nice welcome too. Swimming is fun, there are people around and its a nice atmosphere. The house is to die for, properly loverly.

The cottage is simply a dream! We fell in love immediately! ❤️ The location is sensational, right by the sea! Breakfast, relaxing on the couch - always with a sea view! 🌊 The facility is lovingly designed, there are many great places in the area, Lisbeth was always available! The perfect holiday! 😊
