Here you live a stone's throw from the cozy harbor of Sandvik in a brand new apartment with all the comforts. The apartment is located behind Sandviks Hamnkrog, secluded but still close to everything. In the summer, there are restaurants, cafés and ICA Nära, all within a few minutes' walk. Swimming areas are within a few hundred meters or you can take our bicycles to your own secluded spot. Öland offers many excursion destinations for those who want to explore the island. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening on the patio.

Very responsive between the apartments! Condominium at Strand Hotell Borgholm. 35m ². One bed, 180 cm. Can fit two extra mattresses on the floor that the guest brings if needed. Balcony, which is shared. There are two duvets and four pillows. Bed linens and towels are to be brought by the guest. Cleaning is done by the guest. Please note that it is a 180 cm bed with a full mattress, as shown in the photo. The whole hotel is under renovation, but will be ready after midsummer 2026. No fault of the hotel room itself in the meantime.

It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
