The apartment is located very quietly close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. By car, it takes about 8 minutes to get to the city center or train station and 5 minutes to the university. About 100 m from the apartment, you will find the bus stop on weekdays, buses run in different directions every 16 minutes. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

Looking at the Palatinate Forest, the "Waldschlösschen" is on the edge of the university residential area. I use the apartment myself when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern, and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in such a way that you can work efficiently from home and also relax. I am happy if you can also enjoy it: sit back and relax, study or work – in this quiet, stylish and modern accommodation.
