Charming cottage in lovely nature with sauna

Incredibly charming wooden house located on 5000m2 undisturbed surroundings next to scenic and protected area with heather heat. Occasionally a deer or two comes along. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the area of Kromose. Quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 m walking distance on the trail. Enjoy morning coffee and tranquillity on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights during the winter months.

This unique cottage is located on the idyllic wading sea island of Rømø. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with 180 degree panoramic views of meadows facing Rømø's wide white beaches. The house is sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) as well as sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. To the house hear a lovely, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the ground there is direct access to a bicycle and footpath that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

Holiday Home is close to the beautiful sandy Rømø beach, dunes and nature reserve. One terrace is partially covered and fenced. Another terrace has a direct view over the nature reserve. Chairs, table, loungers on the terraces, as well as a grill. The area is quiet, undisturbed and with wild animals (including deer, ducks, geese, swans and pheasants). Bedrooms and beds are new (2022) and ensure a good, restful sleep. Maximum of 2 pets (extra charge). No youth groups. Non-smoking.

Lovely cottage on scenic Bolilmark

What we most often hear about our summerhouse is that it has a lovely atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home, and that it is cozy. We strive for the cottage to be personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good blend of new and old. We bought the summerhouse in 2018, renovate it a bit along the way and as time is the time. What we want is that the summerhouse appears cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the frame to create great memories.

On beautiful natural grounds, secluded from the road is our cozy cottage. Modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. In addition, there is a wooden terrace facing both south and west, so you can enjoy the morning sun, the noon sun and the evening sun. The house has a heat pump that can easily keep the house warm. There is also a wood-burning stove as a supplement. (Bring your own firewood or buy it on the island) There is also chrome-cast for the TV.

Nelly was very accommodating and allowed us to get into the accommodation a little earlier. We were satisfied with the accommodation, but were on the road a lot, but could enjoy the warmth by the fireplace in the evening. On the first morning we had a visitor in the garden, a deer had breakfast, just wonderful. The rooms offer plenty of space, the kitchen is well equipped, everything is clean and tidy. Thank you for the hospitality.

Cozy "Seest house" on Rømø

We stayed with Lars for a week. The accommodation is beautifully quiet in an area with several houses. You have relaxed peace and quiet and are also well protected from the wind. The kitchen was well equipped with pans, pots and plenty of dishes, so you didn't always have to wash everything right away. We also loved the dishwasher, in which you could pack most things. A Weber grill (charcoal) incl. The chimney starter could be used for relaxed barbecue evenings. Communication with Lars was great and if you had something, you didn't have to wait long for a message. The two terraces are superbly located. In the morning, it has one sun and in the evening, the other. So you could always enjoy the time relaxing in the sun. We enjoyed the time in the accommodation very much.

We felt very comfortable in Torben's beautifully furnished house. Everything is new, sparkling clean, very well maintained and tasteful. Only the noise of the street was a bit disturbing when we were on the terrace. But it was also Pentecost, which is perhaps more relaxed at other times.

Janne is a self-confident very likeable Danish woman who always has the well-being of her guests in mind and supports them very well in inquiries. She speaks very good German. Your cottage is large and comfortable, also suitable for a family with children or for 2 couples, with a magnificent natural property and various seating in the garden. The furnishings are practical and spacious. The furniture is in the typical simple Danish design. Also to be emphasized is the tranquility in the neighborhood, no loud music, no disturbing parties, no rage from the neighboring houses. We felt very comfortable there and can really recommend the house and the service.

The house leaves nothing to be desired. A lot of space, pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. It can endure very well here. We were there with children, for whom there were extremely many opportunities to play in the house. In addition, a trampoline in the garden and the game and football field are 50 meters away.
